Aluminum substrate with black selective coating, embedded with copper heat pipes

TU1 oxygen-free copper heat pipes (Ø8×0.6mm) with nickel-plated condenser tips
Header Manifold
Red copper manifold (Ø22×0.6mm)
Insulation
25mm mineral wool (bottom) + sealed side insulation, temperature resistant ≥250°C
Back Sheet
0.5mm galvanized steel sheet for corrosion protection
