Key Features & Performance
Closed-Loop Forced Circulation
A pump circulates antifreeze in the sealed collector loop. Heat transfers to tank water via heat exchanger with no fluid mixing and freeze risk.
Flexible Placement
Collectors mount on roof, wall or ground; tank installs indoors, basement or ground level. Greater design flexibility than integrated systems.
High-Efficiency Collectors
Millionsun flat-plate collectors: black/blue selective coating (95% absorptivity), full-copper flow channels, low-iron tempered glass (≥92% transmittance).
Durable Tank
Foodgrade SUS304 / SUS316L stainless steel liner. 50 mm polyurethane insulation retains water temperature for hours.
Smart Controller
Automatically operates the pump, monitors temperature differential, triggers backup heating and provides freeze protection.
Closed-Loop Freeze Protection
Sealed loop with foodgrade antifreeze, working down to -25°C. Backup valve activates even during power outages.

How the System Works

Collectors absorb sunlight and turn it into heat.

The controller checks the temperature gap between the collectors and the tank.

If the collectors are 5–8°C hotter, the pump starts. Antifreeze fluid flows through the sealed collector loop.

The hot fluid passes through a heat exchanger. Heat moves to the tank water. The two fluids never mix.

The cycle repeats all day. The tank water gets hotter and hotter.

If the sun is not enough, the electric element or heat pump kicks in to keep the water at 55–60°C.
