With all our products manufactured to the highest quality standards we are confident that you will enjoy many years of excellence. we offer all our customers a guarantee against defect from the date of export.

If your product fails within its guarantee period we will arrange for one of our service engineers to visit you at home to resolve the fault, by repairing or replacing any defective component, using genuine millionsun spare parts, free of charge. These parts are not covered separately, but are included in the remaining period of the original product guarantee.
 
- Solar water system guarantee is five years

- Solar flat collector guarantee is eight years

- Control system guarantee is one year

 
Can I extend my guarantee period?

For added peace of mind, we offer the option to extend the standard guarantee period for domestic installations to 10 years.
