Case Overview
A Pakistani solar company works on two fronts. For villa communities and larger terrace roofs, it needs split systems that can be repeated quickly and neatly across many similar houses. For its retail and installer customers, it sells a thermosyphon heater under its own name, for flat concrete roofs. Millionsun acts as its manufacturing partner on both: house-by-house split kits and mounting designs for the developments, and a branded thermosyphon product with the training behind it.

Client Requirements
The partner’s priorities were repeatability on developer programmes and a product identity of its own for the local market.
- Repeatable kits: identical sets of parts for each house type, delivered to match the developer’s construction schedule.
- Neat roof finish: low-profile collectors that sit evenly on tiled villa roofs, and tilted frames for terraces.
- Own-brand supply: a thermosyphon heater the company can sell and service under its own name.
- Flat-roof mounting: frames that stand securely on concrete roofs without fixing into the slab, compatible with the building’s existing overhead tank.
- Hot, dusty conditions: materials that cope with strong summer sun and regular dust.
Our Solution
We organised production, packing and support around the partner’s two ways of selling.
- Collector build: copper absorber with selective coating and tempered glass, tested before dispatch.
- Roof and terrace mounting: hook-style mounts for tiled roofs and galvanised tilted frames for terraces, with fixing drawings.
- House-type split kits: tank, pump station and controller packed in matching sets, with cartons labelled by house type and phase.
- OEM thermosyphon heater: insulated stainless steel tank above a flat plate collector, with tank print and labels to the partner’s artwork.
- Free-standing frame: galvanised frame with adjustable tilt and provision for ballast, with colour-coded supply and return connections.
- Technical support: remote support for the first villa installations, and on-site handover guidance and a handover sheet for the branded heater.

The Result
The partner rolled out the same split system across a community and its terrace roofs, and now has its own thermosyphon product line, both built by one manufacturing partner.
- Matching kits and batch labelling made repeat installations faster and reduced time lost searching for parts on site.
- Branded thermosyphon units stand level and steady on flat roofs, without drilling into the slab.
- The partner owns its product identity, with our manufacturing and technical support behind it.
